Open the homepage proxy list; filter by product, provider search, signup, crypto, connection statements, provider shortlist and cost per GB. Sort and return a bounded window of the visible rows, with price conditions and evidence dates. Older records follow current records when included. Omitted filters reset; per-row overrides clear. No purchase. For arbitrary usage estimates use compare_proxy_costs.
